In the summer of 2024, ExS came out and checked my above-ground (with deep end), vinyl liner, Doughboy pool. The service was thorough and professional. It was a completely easy, contact free process complete with an online payment option.

I recently had a pool cover fall in that wasn't secured well. Again, ExS to the rescue. I can not thank them enough for their quick response, great attitude, and excellent customer service. Quality pool people are tough to find!

He found issues with our skimmer & vinyl right away and patched everything that day. We were losing so much water he couldn't do the full inspection that day so he came back again to finish the job. It was an affordable one time charge for inspection and minor patches. Chris was absolutely amazing! He was timely, professional & such a great help. Chris didn't try to over sell us on replacing our entire pool. He was honest & upfront on what they could do and should do. He saved us thousands of dollars in repairs by coming out.
